How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our Brooklyn warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original, unused condition with packaging intact. Please note that certain items, such as earrings and apothecary products, are final sale for hygiene reasons.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your package.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make a change, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. Once an order has been fulfilled, we are unable to make modifications.
Are the products sold online the same as in your Brooklyn store?
Most of our unique finds are available both online and in-store, but we do occasionally carry exclusive items in our physical location that may not be listed on the website.
